What services are offered with setting up an online sale?

Custom Web Store
We create a custom web store with your logo, colors and apparel of choice. Use your own design or have us make one for you.

No collecting sizes
Simply share the custom link, flyer and QR code, and anyone can shop from the web store, alleviating the need for you to collect orders.

No collecting cash
All transactions are made individually, online.

No up-front set up fees
We set up your online sale at no cost to your organization.

Fundraising for your organization
Add a booster to apparel items. We cut the check to your organization 30 days after the sale is completed.

spread the word
We post your sale on our website and social media platforms to help you spread the word.

in-house services
We offer in-house screen-printing, embroidery and heat-transfer services, ensuring a faster completion time.

Sorted by order
We not only fulfill the order, but once the items are completed in production, we will separate and bag them by customer receipt before they leave our store. We will contact each customer or the sale administrator for pickup. We also offer ship to home services.
Things to Consider
We do not charge any up-front fees to your organization. However, there are 3rd party fees from our vendor deducted from your fundraising check and a $5.00 processing fee per individual order at checkout. This covers the cost of labor and services listed above.
We offer two printed logos and two embroidery logos for your sale. This helps reduce the cost of the individual apparel items.
We price the apparel on our online sales with the expectation that it will sell at least 36 items. If your sale does not reach that minimum, you will not receive your booster check.
If you choose administrator pickup, it is the administrator’s responsibility to pick up the orders and distribute them to each customer. Zappia’s will not be responsible for orders once they leave our building.
